My magazine 'sound wave' will be a mainstream magazine and would be sold in all supermarkets like Tesco's and Asda this will led to a wider availability. Also advertising will certainly include tube and train stations however it will not be advertised on T.V although we could sponsor some awards like Brits or partner some or just create a new aet of awards like NME. you will also be able to subscribe to two types of the magazine one will be a hard copy eg the magazine being set in the post and also the second copy will be in the form of a E-Book/ email this will enable the older readers to be able to gain instant access to the magazine if at work or even on their blackberry or iPhone. this would led to a relationship on iTunes where you could even just buy the edition or a app to get the new edition every month, after all iTune serve 70% of the world music downloads. because the genre of the magazine is rock/ indie it leads to a vast audience which would attract lots of people on i tunes and online generally. I believe that IPC would be the most likely to sell my magazine unlike Bauer witch is abit more the cheap and cheerful weekly magazines like take a break and not really into any think else like a music magazine however this can work in both ways because it they do not have a music magazine they may want one, whilst because my magazine is a mix of Mojo and NME this would possibly influence IPC because they all ready have NME but not Mojo so the experience of selling a music magazine will aid the magazine whilst the because of the Mojo influence it does not interfere with any of there other titles.
